I don't see anything wrong with this. I truly don't believe she wanted to upset the girls but give them a reality check. It's not that females should dress for males but they should appreciate that not all boys want to see the crease of their arse or pink bra strap under a white shirt just as girls probably don't want to see the brand of jocks the boys are wearing or worse bum cracks because they want to wear their shorts too low or perhaps their shirts unbuttoned to show off their chests? I find boys wear their uniforms more with pride than girls and as for the comment of rolling skirt up due to size issue well buy your child the correct size skirt or have it mended to fit her. It's a known thing that all the girls who roll their skirts up is so they can have a shorter skirt. Keep the short skirts and pretty bras for afterschool and weekend wear and wear your uniform as it was designed for school. It's a lesson for when your an adult and you have to wear your work uniform correctly.
